Lousy CS

Singtel have much better CS than COURTS Singapore.
They (COURTS) have such slow and inefficient service.
I called them up last week regarding some transfer payment issues which they promised to check and revert back to me. But up till now, I have yet to receive any kind of replies from them. Moreover, this is not the first time that this had happened. I have been trying to reach them but no avil. All I got was call diverts and voice mails. Arrrgh!!!! This is really pissing me off and I swear man, I will NOT be buying anymore things from them.
