AtTituDe!: Lesson Learnt....

1) Don’t let others push you into making hasty decisions that you might regret later.

2) I was superficial; was willing to settle down for a pink FS-6 (8mgp, smaller screen) rather
than getting a FS-7 (10mgp) of other colour.

3) Have to be more determined and persisted in what I want and not let others opinion affect me so easily.

4) Always bring someone trustworthy along with you when you go to sinister places.

5) Be coolheaded, even when others are challenging you

6) Always go test the cameras first before deciding which is THE one.

Good Monday people :)
Hope your weekend was fine.

I know I haven been posting much well, except from twittering.
The passed week was mad with sourcing for a digicam.

Monday & Tue was spent sourcing for a digicam @ Sim Lim Square.
Initially, I die die also want a pink Lumix FS-7. The search on Monday was futile and on top of that, almost got con by a sinister salesperson. Read on for details :]
Anyway, I was told that FS-7 is an obsolescing model and hence, not much stock left.

We (Cindy & I) went to this store on the 1st floor around 9pm and they were in the midst of closing shop. Nevertheless, we still marched in and enquired about the cam. Sinister uncle quoted me 250SGD exlusive of GST for FS-6, which is only 8mgp.
Then I wasn’t thinking in-depth, I just wanted a camera so that I can take quality snaps and so, decided to just take it.

Took out my card to make payment,
Uncle asked:” pay by nets arh? Got cash or not”
Innocent me:” don’t have”
Uncle:” Nets got 3% charge leh”
Me:”……… then I come back tomorrow lo”
Uncle:”ok…. Then you want to put deposite first?”
Me: * reach in for my wallet *

At that instant moment, I felt a strong tug on my bag, turned around and saw Cindy walked out of the store, slightly irritated by the pushy sales guy.

Uncle: * realizing that we were leaving * tomorrow what time you come ah?
Me:” errrr… around 7 – 8pm

Then, * poof! * we were out of that store.
Despite knowing her kind intention, I can’t help but feel slightly cross at Cindy for disapproving me of placing the deposit. I mean, I will come and get it anyway, right?

After we were of that ominous place, my bestie reasoned to me that I shouldn’t let the sales guy push me into making hasty decision, And me, being stubborn, retaliated back.
It was meaningless but it’s just me. Anyhow, after I cooled down and reflected back, I knew I was being silly and my best friend saved me from regretting in the future.

Thanks Girl, for saving me from that cunning man :/

Tue, manage to have found FS-7 @ $250 inclusive of GST but realized that the resolution sucks after testing the camera -.-
So how? In the end didn’t buy lor.

And yeap, till now I’m still camera-less. Didn’t know that getting a digicam can be such a pain in the arsh.
