My pay 1.1K + allowance. My manager pay $900 while my other boss pay $200. Now, if i didnt come to work, manager pay lesser while my other boss still pays $200. Fair? Allowance is dun know how many % of what the whole unit earns. You might think its alot but if fact, its medicore. Its less than a hundred k! So lousy! You suka suka ask me do other advisers' work. Then next time got more and more advisers, my workload increase but my pay still the same lah? HUH? HUH? HUH? What rubbish!
